Description

RNase inactivation solution (25×) is a unique chemical reagent. After dilution to 1× solution, soak the items to be treated and hold at 60℃ for 10 min, which can effectively remove RNase. The tip and EP tube to be treated that soaked in 1× diluent of the solution and treated at 60 °C for at least 10 min. RNase can be irreversibly inactivated and RNase-free clean consumables can be obtained. The treated consumables do not require washing or high temperature sterilization and are compatible with subsequent experiments. It can be used to remove RNase from containers and consumables in RNA extraction, RT-PCR, Northern, FISH and other RNA-related experiments.

Transport at room temperature; Store at -20℃, valid for 12 months.

Take treating the tips as an example:

1. Appropriate amount of RNase inactivation solution (25×) was diluted to 1× in nuclease-free Water (G4700 recommended), and consumables such as tips and EP tubes were immersed in the solution.

2. The consumables immersed in reagents were incubated at 60℃ for at least 10 min to inactivate RNase, and RNase-free clean consumables were obtained.

Note:

1. This product is safe, non-corrosive and compatible with subsequent experiments;

2. This product is concentrated and should be diluted before use. In the process of use, it must be kept at 60℃ for at least 10 min to achieve the effect of inactivating RNase. After dilution to 1× solution, the product can be repeatedly treated at 60℃ on the same day, that is, multiple batches of consumables and other items can be repeatedly treated on the same day of use.
