Description

The nucleic acid remover is composed of two solutions, solution A and solution B, which are non-toxic when used alone. After the two solutions are mixed in equal proportions, they have a powerful nucleic acid degradation function, which can remove high-level contaminated DNA and RNA on the surface of various objects and in the air in a short time, and can be used for the removal of nucleic acid contamination in the laboratory. It can completely degrade contaminated DNA and RNA at the level of PCR sensitivity.

Transport at room temperature; Store at 2-8℃ sealed for 12 months.

Assay Protocol

1. Remove the reagent bottle cap and replace it with the spray head, the spray head switch can be rotated. When not in use, please adjust the top of the nozzle to “X”, which means that spraying is not possible; “……” means straight spraying state; “shower icon” means spraying in multiple directions.

2. Spray solution A on the surface of items that need to be cleaned, such as laboratory benches, biological safety cabinets, ultra-clean benches, instruments, plastic or glass containers, etc., and then spray solution B at the same position immediately, and wait 5-10 minutes. Rinse the surface with distilled water, then dry it with clean absorbent paper.

Note:

1. After using this product, the nozzle should be closed to ensure that the product is kept tightly closed.

2. This product is safe to use, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and non-irritating. When spraying, do not spray directly to contact the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. If contacted, rinse with water immediately.

3. This product can only be used in a place where the surface of the instrument and equipment can be wiped clean. After use, rinse it with distilled water and wipe it clean.
