Product Description
This product is suitable for all PAGE gels in Bis-Tris system (including hand-poured gels and preformed gels), and it is a running buffer used by our company’s PAGE high-resolution color (red/green) gel ultra-fast preparation kit series products, with the characteristics of high resolution and short running time.
The main components of the product are 50 mM Tris, 50 mM MOPS and 0.1% SDS, and the pH is 7.25-7.85 @ 25℃.
Storage and Shipping Conditions
Room temperature transportation; Store at room temperature in the dark, with a validity period of 36 months.
Assay Protocol
1. Dissolve each bag of dry powder in 1 L pure water, and stir to completely dissolve it.
2. During running, the voltage can be 200 V, and the running can be completed in half an hour. Some electrophoresis tanks have poor heat dissipation performance, so it is suggested to reduce the voltage appropriately and extend the running time.
Note
1. This running buffer can not be mixed with Tris-Glycine running buffer, and is only suitable for Bis-Tris system gel, so it can not be applied to Tris-HCl system gel.
2. Reuse of this running buffer is not recommended.
3. This product may have crystal precipitation at low ambient temperatures, which is a normal phenomenon. It can be heated moderately to help dissolve, and then diluted for use after it is completely dissolved.
