Description
The diluted solution of primary antibody was used for the dilution of primary antibody in western blot and immunohistochemical staining. The main components of this product are 0.01M Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.0-7.4), 3% BSA (bovine serum albumin), 0.1% Tween-20.

Assay Protocol
For western blotting and immunostaining, the primary antibody was diluted in appropriate proportions according to the instruction manual of the primary antibody and the content of the target protein in the sample.
Note:
1. This product is sterilized by 0.22μm filtration. Attention should be paid to avoid contamination when using.
2. It is recommended to use up the product within two weeks after opening, or store the remaining solution at -20℃ after loading to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
3. Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
