Description

This product is an environmentally friendly mounting medium with high transparency, medium viscosity, and refractive index nD=1.4915-1.4935. It is a colorless, transparent and viscous liquid without odor and xylene. This product is used to seal pathological tissue slices, cell smears, etc. after staining. While ensuring the adhesion and light transmittance of tissue slices, manual operation is harmless and has no irritating odor. It is an environmentally friendly mounting medium. This product is compatible with the environmentally friendly dewaxing clear liquid (G1128), and can be used to seal the sections after transparent with the environmentally friendly dewaxing clear liquid.

Storage and Handling Conditions

Transport at room temperature, store in a dry environment, do not place in a low temperature environment, avoid direct sunlight, valid for 24 months.

Assay Protocol / Procedures

After fully dehydrating the slides before mounting, put a drop of mounting glue on the glass slides, and gently cover the coverslip to avoid air bubbles as much as possible. Place the slices horizontally in an oven at 60℃ to dry for 30-40 minutes or naturally dry at room temperature for about 1 hour, then observe them under a microscope.

Note

1. Please use it in a well-ventilated place. Tighten the cap in time after use to prevent the solvent from evaporating.

2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
