Product Description
This SDS-PAGE Running Buffer powder, is a tris-glycine system running buffer, which is used for separation of proteins in their denatured state on Tris-Glycine gels. Tris-glycine gels provide reproducible separation of a wide of proteins into well-resolved bands.
The SDS-PAGE Running Buffer is supplied as a powder mixture. When dissolved in one liter water, it becomes 25 mM Tris, 250 mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.0-8.6@25℃.
