Product Introduction

10×Peach DNA Loading Buffer is a ten-fold concentrated loading buffer for DNA samples. This pre-mixed loading buffer contains a red dye that serves as a tracking dye in agarose gel electrophoresis. In 1×TAE buffer and 1% agarose gel, the migration distance is approximately 370 bp, while in 1×TBE buffer and 1% agarose gel, the migration distance is approximately 220 bp. This dye does not leave behind any shadows during UV imaging. Additionally, it contains EDTA which can chelate divalent metal ions, thereby inhibiting metal-dependent nucleic acid enzyme activity.

Storage and Transportation

Transport at room temperature; store at room temperature with a shelf life of 24 months.

Instructions for Use

Mix 9 μL of DNA sample with 1 μL of 10×Peach DNA Loading Buffer (DNA Gel Loading Buffer, Peach Red), apply the mixture to the DNA gel sample wells, and proceed with electrophoresis.

1. This product cannot be used as a loading buffer for protein gel electrophoresis.
