Description
The 5× Native-PAGE Loading Buffer, is used for protein gel electrophoresis under native running conditions with Tris-Glycine gels or Tris-Acetate gels. It hase a pH of 8.6 and contains bromophenol blue as a tracking dye.

Assay Protocol
1. Mix each 4 μL protein sample with 1 μL 5× Native-PAGE Loading Buffer.
2. It can be added to the spotting well after mixing well.
