In addition, the preservation solution contains RNase inhibitory components to prevent the degradation of nucleic acid by RNase and ensure the integrity of nucleic acid. The samples do not need to be stored and transported under low temperature, and storage at room temperature for 48 hours will not affect the results of nucleic acid extraction and quantification. Nucleic acid can still be detected when stored at room temperature for 7 days, and the preservation effect of nucleic acid is excellent.
