Description/Introduction

The magnetic beads are specially designed for nucleic acid extraction and purification. Its surface is coated with silica and contains a large number of silanol groups (hydroxyl groups), which enables it to interact with nucleic acids in solution through hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions, even under high salt and low pH conditions. It does not bind to other impurities such as proteins and can rapidly isolate nucleic acids from biological samples. This product is safe and simple to operate, and is very beneficial to the automation and high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids.

Note:

1. Magnetic beads are stored in deionized water. Freezing, drying and centrifugation may affect the performance of magnetic beads.

2. It is normal for the magnetic beads to settle due to the action of gravity. Before using this product, it should be sure to fully oscillate or sonicate to keep the magnetic beads in a uniform suspension state.

3. This product needs to be used with magnetic separation equipment.

4. Stored in 20% ethanol, it can be stored stably at 2-8℃, and it can be stored at room temperature for 12 months..
