Description
The GN100bp DNA Ladder II, is ready-to-use and designed for sizing and approximate quantification of wide range double-strand DNA on agarose and polyacrylamide gels. The ladder is composed of seven purified individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100. It contains one reference band (500 bp) for easy quatitative indicator, with concentration of 100 ng/5μl. The other bands has the approximate concentration of 50 ng/ 5μl.
The DNA marker is ready to use-it is premixed with 6×DNA loading buffer for direct loading on gel.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Transport use wet ice. Store at 4℃ for periods up to 12 months. For longer periods, stored at -20℃.
