Description
This product is ultrapure water treated with DEPC (diethylpyrocarbonate). The DEPC-treated water is autoclaved pre- and post-packaging to ensure sterility and inactivation of DEPC. The DEPC concentration was 0.1%. It is rigorously tested for contaminating RNase, DNase and proteinase.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Transport at room temperature, store at room temperature, valid for 24 months.
Assay Protocol
This product has been autoclaved and can be used for the dissolution of RNA precipitation, various reaction systems containing RNA, and other reaction systems that require no RNase, DNase and proteinase.
Note
1. It is recommended to store in small portions in the ultra-clean workbench to avoid contamination.
