Description/Introduction
TAE is the most widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in biology, mainly used for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. The TAE buffer system is also suitable for electrophoresis when recovering DNA fragments. This product is a 50× concentrated solution with a working concentration of 1×, which can be directly diluted 50 times with distilled water before use. If the product precipitates, please dissolve it in 37℃ water bath, which will not affect the use. The main ingredients of 50×TAE is Tris, glacial acetic acid and EDTA.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Transportation and storage at room temperature, valid for 12 months.
Note:
Buffer concentrate should be diluted to 1X working concentration with distilled water or ultrapure water before use.
