Product Introduction:
This product, a ready-to-use PCR master mix, contains modified Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and optimized PCR reaction buffer at a concentration of 2×. It only needs to add the templates, primers and ddH2O to make the final concentration of mix solution at 1× to perform PCR reaction. The amplified product has “A” bases at the 3′ end, which can be directly used for TA cloning. While loading Dye has been added to the product, the amplification product can be directly used for agarose gel electrophoresis detection . This product is suitable for both routine PCR and colony PCR.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Wet ice bag transportation; stored at -20℃ temperature, valid for 12 months; avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
