Product Introduction

This product is used for sample blocking in immunolabeling experiments. Blocking serum can block non-specific protein binding sites in the sample, as well as endogenous Fc receptor binding sites, thereby preventing antibody binding to Fc receptors in the sample, reducing background, and decreasing false positives. When selecting a blocking serum, it is important to note that the blocking serum should not contain the target protein and should not be from the same source as the primary antibody. It can be used with secondary antibodies from the same source.

This product is the original serum obtained from healthy donkeys. It is collected from healthy donkeys, subjected to sterile collection, and then triple-filtered through 0.1 μm filters before packaging.

Storage and Transportation

Transport on dry ice; store at -20°C with a shelf life of 24 months, avoiding repeated freezing and thawing.
