Introduction
When exposed to air, it easily absorbs moisture and forms semi-hydrates. The color gradually deepens when encountering light. The solubility (mg/ M1) at 25℃ : water 0.28, methanol 0.98, ethanol 1.9, acetone 5.1, chloroform 5.5, ether 0.01, benzene 0.15, ethyl acetate 0.94, octanol 5.1, acetic acid 340. Easily soluble in acid or alkaline solution, slightly soluble in dimethylformamide.
It is widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. This product is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent with broad spectrum antibacterial activity, especially against aerobic gram-negative bacilli. It has good antibacterial effect on the following bacteria in vitro: most bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae, including the genus Rafter citrate, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteobacteria, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Yersinia, etc. Norfloxacin also showed antibacterial activity against multidrug resistant bacteria in vitro. Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis are also resistant to penicillin.
