Introduction

DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) is a modified medium based on MEM, which has been widely used in the culture of various cells. The DMEM medium was originally designed as low-glucose glucose containing D-Glucose 1000 mg/L, and later developed as high-glucose glucose containing D-Glucose 4500 mg/L. DMEM medium without D-glucose can adjust the glucose concentration at will according to the research needs.

This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture, without protein or growth factors. Cells were cultured with 5-10% serum or serum-free additives, depending on the cell type。

This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filter membrane, pH 7.,0-7.4, containing phenol red indicator. No added D-glucose, no L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate, no HEPES buffer system.

Storage and Handling Conditions

Transport at room temperature; Store at 2-8℃, valid for 12 months.
