Usage Instructions:
- This product can be used after being shaken well when completely melted at room temperature or 37°C.
- This product can be used for subcloning of hybridomas with an adequate amount of cytokines. Feeder cells are not required. Dilute the hybridoma cells with this product and directly seed them at a density of 0.5-1 cell per well in a 96-well plate (about 200 μL per well). Observe distinct cell colonies under a microscope in 4-7 days.
- After monoclonal subcloning, you can gradually replace it with regular culture medium for further cultivation.
Notes:
- This product is a sterile working solution. Shake well after completely melting at room temperature or 37°C. A small amount of insoluble precipitate after melting is normal.
- After thawing, store the product at 4°C temporarily. It is recommended to use the remaining portion within one week. If not used completely, return the remaining portion promptly to -20°C storage. Avoid repeated opening and freezing to prevent contamination and cytokine degradation.
- This product can also be used for the passage and expansion of hybridoma cells and myeloma cells. However, it may not be suitable for cell culture systems involving TK or other selection systems.
- This product has a certain level of toxicity. Gloves and masks should be worn during operation.
