Product Description
LB liquid medium (powder) is LB broth liquid medium premixed powder, which is a powder mixed with BD peptone, Oxoid yeast powder and sodium chloride. Each bottle of dry powder weighs 25 g, which is 1000 mL LB liquid medium, containing 10.0 g peptone, 5.0 g yeast powder and 10.0 g sodium chloride, and it is often used to prepare LB liquid medium. We also offer ready-to-use LB liquid medium (G3103) and LB solid medium (dry powder) with AGAR powder (G3101).

Assay Protocol
Pour each bottle of LB liquid medium (dry powder) into a beaker containing 1000 mL of water, and subpackage them after they dissolve. LB liquid medium was obtained by autoclaving at 121℃ for 20-30 min. Antibiotics can be added according to experimental needs.
Note
1. This product is rich in nutrients. It is recommended to autoclave as soon as possible after being dissolved in water to avoid bacterial contamination.
